THE RETRONASAL PHASE IS VERY OPEN, RECALLING THE CITRUS FRUIT AROMAS FOUND ON THE NOSE. NOSE: CLEAN, DISTINCT AROMAS. MEDIUM INTENSITY OF FRESH FRUIT, MAINLY CITRUS NOTES (GRAPEFRUIT AND LIME), FRESH FLOWERS, HERBAL NOTES AND RED BERRIES. FOOD PAIRING;IDEAL AS AN APERITIF AND WITH COLD DISHES SUCH AS WHITE ASPARAGUS, SHELLFISH SALAD, GRILLED VEGETABLES, BEEF CARPACCIO OR RISOTTOS.
